  - We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control.

**7. Live Arrival Guarantee**
  - We offer a live arrival guarantee on all corals shipped, provided that:
    - You must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
    - You must notify us immediately and provide clear photographic evidence within 2 hours of delivery if any corals arrive dead.
    - We may request the return of the dead or damaged coral for verification purposes.

**8. Returns and Refunds**
  - Due to the nature of live corals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless a coral arrives dead   under the conditions of our live arrival guarantee.

**9. Product Information**
  - We make every effort to accurately display and describe the live corals available for sale.
  - Variations in color, size, and appearance are natural and may occur.
  - We do not guarantee that the appearance of corals will exactly match any photograph or description provided on our website.

**10. Limitation of Liability**
  - To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your purchase of live corals from us.
